The Litigation Office of Eric Sabbah has over 17 years of experience representing consumers and businesses in small claims courts and various tribunals such as the Human Rights Tribunal and the Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC) Securities Tribunal.
Eric has also litigated many cases in civil fraud and is currently suing HVAC companies for consumers as well as litigating against collection agencies and credit bureau inaccurate reporting, which essentially serves to naturally boost credit scores. The firm also practices but not limited to Fraud Litigation, Motor Vehicle and Injury, Tax disputes, and Collection Agency/Credit Bureau disputes.
Current projects involve representing consumers in HVAC door to door predatory sales contracts and Credit report repair arising from inaccurately reported items on credit reports to boost scores naturally. Eric currently represents clients that have broken predatory long term HVAC contracts and has represented clients by deleting credit report errors to boost credit scores from the mid 400's to above 650.
This is enabled consumer client business to obtain grade any level borrowing from the conventional lender as opposed to having the ball from some prime much higher interest. This has enabled these clients to save thousands of dollars.
